"Begin today and write in it your goings and comings, your deepest thoughts, your achievements and your failures, your associations and your triumphs, your impressions and your testimonies. I promise you that if you will keep your journals and records, they will indeed be a source of great inspiration to you, each other, your children, your grand-children and others throughout the generations. Remember, the Savior chastised those who failed to record important events." --President Spencer W. Kimball

Photography & Card-Making

I've had quite a lot of fun trying to teach myself (and getting a ton of help from my sister) how to use my photoshop.  I think I've got the invitation, announcement, card-making thing down, kind-of....but I'm so lost when it comes to CS4 and how to enhance the pictures I take.  I've always loved pictures, and I think that they are priceless things that can bring back so many memories....they capture the moment and when you look back on them, you can sometimes remember exactly what was going on when the picture was taken....feelings and all.  The first thing I made with my photoshop was Christmas Cards for my family and for Junior and Tina....from there I've been able to try a whole bunch of new things.  I'll post some of my creations below....as you can tell I'm a fan of using more than one picture.... hahaha!  Someday I hope to learn how to use my photoshop to fix up my pictures.... photography and invites are just another passion I have, and something that I LOVE to do!  Here's the latest creation I made for my little neice's graduation..... Victoria Taulanga....isn't she beautiful!!  :)

Here are the first ones I ever made....Christmas Cards...

LOVE the creativity you have. I just may pay you to make our family Christmas cards for us this year. I wish I had CS4 and the tools to do all that fun stuff. I have a photography buiz on the side and those things come in handy quite abit.
I hear you on capturing the moment and remembering the feelings just by looking at the picture. I take pictures like crazy. So cute Monica!
Wow, I love the bed frame. I love those kinds of deals. Let me know if you run into another one. I will drive down and get it myself.
I hope you are doing well. I will let you know when I am in town again and this time for real we will get together.
Love ya!
