We totally scored!!!

So last Monday night my BFF Talia came over with her family to visit...we were sitting there talking and laughing and she started telling me how she has this great idea she has to make a home-made headboard for their king sized bed.  She's got to find some cool material and she's going to make the whole thing from scratch.  She's  so creative like that and I'm sure it's going to turn out awesome!  I asked her what she was going to do with her bed frame that they have now..... she said she didn't know, let it sit in their garage or just get rid of it. 

I told her I would buy it from her.... she said, you don't have to buy it, you can just have it.  SWEET!  She said she'd bring it over sometime this week but she had to wait and find a king size metal frame first..... I said, Oh my goodness, you can have mine!!!  We were both so excited and were planning on swapping sometime that week.  Well, I went to work on Sunday and when I came home I had a very very nice surprise waiting for me in my room..... David and Talia brought their bed frame and helped Ova set it up.  Ova was telling me he was hecka laughing when the bed was all set up and David walked out of the room with his dinky metal frames..... hahahaha.....  I think we totally got the better end of the deal on this one!  :)  The awesome thing is that Ova and I had been saving up to get a nice bed set because we haven't had one since we'd been married..... now we don't have to!!  Whoo-hoo!  I totally love hand-me-downs and situations like this that totally work out!  SCORE!  :)
