"Begin today and write in it your goings and comings, your deepest thoughts, your achievements and your failures, your associations and your triumphs, your impressions and your testimonies. I promise you that if you will keep your journals and records, they will indeed be a source of great inspiration to you, each other, your children, your grand-children and others throughout the generations. Remember, the Savior chastised those who failed to record important events." --President Spencer W. Kimball

Our Guardian Angel...
Not that I need proof that my baby Cindy is our guardian angel or anything, but I got a little proof the other night and it's just what my heart needed.
We were in Hawaii for Ova's family reunion and all the kids were playing outside at Siketi's house. Baby Katea is kind of a loner (like Mone)....they are super content just playing all by themselves, even if there are tons of kids around. Makai and Tala are the opposite, they love playing with other kids.
Anyways, Baby K was running up and down the driveway playing with a little bicycle and then she came over to me to tell me that she pooped. She started doing that lately, so I think it might be time to try and potty train her :) I took her to the garage and laid her on the couch so I could change her diaper and she was just talking and singing to herself...
Then I hear her say "My turn, no my turn, no my turn" She says it over and over a few times and then she says "My turn Tinti" as she swipes her hand in front of her like she's hitting someone. As soon as I heard that my heart dropped and tears immediately fell. I said "What did you say baby?" She just looked at me and said "My turn."
I have no doubt in my mind that her Tinti was her language for Cindy. My heart is so happy to know that her sister is with her! I am so grateful for that tender mercy! <3
